Plays Out Loud! is the Union for Contemporary Arts Performing Arts Collective readers theatre series that gives directors, actors, and audiences an opportunity to experience live theater focusing solely on the words. All performances are done with script in hand followed by a Q&A session with the director and cast.

Please note: All actors will be asked to read selections from the script and have the option to present a prepared monologue (contemporary, no more than two minutes). Actors wishing to be considered for Spunk should prepare 16 bars of music. Please bring a headshot and resume if you have one (not required to audition). Please bring a list of all potential conflicts. All conflicts must be discussed with and agreed to by the Director before casting can be confirmed. There is a stipend.
