The UNION’s vision for the greater Omaha/Council Bluffs community is one of a city where the arts are cultivated and respected. A city where artists are supported and where their talents and contributions to our cultural identity are celebrated. We see the arts as a vehicle for social justice and civic engagement — as a way of building bridges between communities and connecting our city’s diverse population through a common language.

The UNION for Contemporary Art is truly a collaborative arts movement… committed to strengthening the creative culture of our community. We have made big plans, our aim is high — and we hope that you’ll join us in our efforts.

Please check this space regularly for information on how you can get involved. As we begin our programs, we’ll be reaching out for volunteers, teaching artists and in-kind donations of materials and supplies for our youth development classes. Here are some ways that you can help show your support:
