Jave Yoshimoto

Jave Yoshimoto is a first-generation Asian-American artist. He has traveled to various parts of America which influenced his artistic practice. He believes in creating works that are socially conscious and authentic to the self.

He received his BA from UC Santa Barbara, MAArt in Art Therapy at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and his MFA from Syracuse University. He has worked as an art therapist and has integrated service learning projects with his students.
