Our Deputy Director Jacquline Smith brings over two decades of experience as a community advocate, artist, educator, and administrator to The Union for Contemporary Art. Whether it’s managing daily operations and event logistics, supporting staff across our youth programs, exhibitions, residencies, and co-op studios, leading community engagement in North Omaha, or stewarding the Populus Fund grant program, she’s the one keeping our day-to-day programs and operations running seamlessly across all touchpoints. Working in close partnership with our Executive Director, Jacquline ensures our mission is turned into everyday action—fostering cultural equity, supporting local artists, and strengthening our community through the transformative power of the arts.
