Jordan Opere is a musician and community member born in Nairobi, Kenya and raised in Omaha, NE. From this culturally diverse background, Jordan developed a love for community and hearing people's stories. As the Youth and Visitor Services Coordinator, Jordan works to help young artists develop their creative voices through their work. He also works at the front desk to make sure visitors at The Union feel welcomed and included. Outside of The Union you can catch Jordan playing on stages across town. Whether behind the drums, strumming a guitar, or singing a song, you're sure to see him with a smile.
