Demetria Geralds is the founder of the SowMobile; a mobile arts program seeking to make fashion and textile design more accessible and sustainable to all.

Demetria is a costume designer whose roots are in fashion design. Her costume creations can be found in stage productions with The In(Heir)itance Project (NY) and The Union for Contemporary Art. She is an instructor with the Metro Community College Continuing Education Program, where she teaches sewing and construction in the MCC Teen Fashion Lab. Demetria was awarded the Emerging Designer Award at Omaha Fashion Week, 2017 and was an Inside/Outside Fellow at the Union for Contemporary Art in 2019. Geralds served as a mentor for the Joslyn Fashion Arts Program (in partnership with Yates Community Center) from 2016-2020. She is a proud United States Air Force veteran (retired) and enjoys spending time with her daughter Martina and grandson Trenton.
