Access Period Supply Drive

Now Distributing Menstrual Products and Accepting Donations

Access Period is fighting period poverty in Omaha through the thoughtful distribution of menstrual products. 1 in 4 people who menstruate experience period poverty in their lifetime. When people don't have access to period products they are forced to either stay home from work or school, perpetuating the cycle of poverty, or use unsafe and uncomfortable alternatives, like toilet paper, socks, and cardboard.

Access Period has partnered with The Union (and other nonprofits) to reach those experiencing the greatest need, and provide one- and three-month packs of products.

Supplies can now be picked up for FREE at The Union. No requests needed, simply grab a one- or three-month supply pack, located in our locker hallway. (Wayfinding sings in the building will help direct you.)

No one should have to put their life on hold each month because they don't have access to menstrual products. You can be a part of the solution. The Union is also accepting donations of pads, tampons, liners, personal wipes, and disposal bags.

You can also support by making a monetary donation, or by shopping The Access Period wishlist at linktr.ee/accessperiod
