In 2011, The Union was founded on the belief that artists play an essential role in shaping the cultural and civic landscape of North Omaha.
Our youth engagement program provides a safe and welcoming environment for hands-on art activities and unique community experiences led by professional instructors.
Our theatre program is dedicated to the development of thought-provoking works that reflect the diverse narratives and experiences within the African Diaspora.
The Union strengthens the cultural and social landscape of our community by using the arts as a vehicle to inspire positive social change.
Since 2012, we’ve supported more than 70 incredible local and national artists through our fellowship program with free studio space, professional development, and financial support.
