Makaveli Gresham

Makaveli Gresham (they/them | he/him) is a multidisciplinary artist and designer born in Oklahoma City. They hold a B.S. in Architecture from Portland State University, focusing their studies on the representation and historicization of black identity in the built environment. Their artistic practice focuses on magical realism and quotidian folly. Obsessing over documentation and the surreal nature of everyday life they create work with diaristic attention to how their experience is shaped by the mundanity of bureaucracy and power structures.
